Throughout January and February 2021, here at Caritas Legal we will be running free online legal clinics to answer any queries you may have. Whatever the question, please get in touch and we will do our best to assist. If we cannot help, we will point you in the right direction. We understand that not everyone will feel comfortable phoning a solicitor in the first instance, and that having a few questions answered may put your mind at ease or at the least clarify what the next steps are in relation to your legal matter.
The clinics will run on the following dates between 4pm and 7pm:
14 January 2021- Family Law
21 January 2021 – Power of Attorney and Guardianship
28 January 2021- Wills and Care Fees Planning
4 February 2021- What you need to do after the death of a loved one in Scotland.
The clinics will run via our Facebook page (Caritas Legal) and we can be contacted by sending us a message via the messenger service. If you do not have Facebook, please drop us an email lornabrown@caritaslegal.co.uk during the clinic and we will get back to you.
